Assistant Project Manager 

We are seeking Assistant Project Managers who can help with the planning and execution of large scale construction projects. Successful applicants will be involved with scheduling, billing, coordination, quality control, field supervision, and engineering, among many other aspects of this field. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a knack for construction and an engineering degree, we encourage you to apply for this position. No other experience is required.



  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers and other senior staff in the overall management of multi-million dollar construction projects

  • Analyze, develop and supervise construction schedules and budgets

  • Support project staff and subcontractors in quality control and engineering

  • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating with owners, co-workers and subcontractors

  • Prepare daily progress reports and monthly payments

  • Evaluate client requests for scope modifications


Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good work ethic

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Engineering or Construction experience a plus

  • Must travel to project sites throughout NYC
