Coordinate & supervise various architecture, engineering trades and construction activities. Manage a team of sub-contractors for architectural, electrical, mechanical, communication & civil work. Experience with clash detection of MEP, Structural and Architectural elements using Naviswork. Experience coordinating machine room equipment layout for Elevators on transportation projects. Prepare construction reports, quality work plans and job progress meeting minutes. Prepare coordination drawings; construction sketches& update As-Built drawings, etc. Control submittal process using Procore, A-Site for document control. Record & resolve construction and design non-conformances. Prepare construction schedule, two-week look ahead and resolve scheduling issues. Perform internal and external quality audits with sub-contracting firms and suppliers to ensure compliance with Contractors Quality Program (CQP) and contract documents. Review code for requirements on egress elements. AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft Office: Suite, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max, Micro station, Procore, A-Site. Must 25% travel to sites in and around NYC (5 boroughs) and Long Island in a given week.
Education and experience requirements: Bachelor of Architecture + 2 years related architectural occupation.
Special requirements: 2 years working in transportation design-build projects AND must have LEED AP BD+C
