The AMTRAK Penn Station Vertical Transportation Improvements included the removal and replacement of the elevator equipment, a reinforced steel structure, a new cab, and glass enclosure as well as lighting & fire alarm upgrades. The modern glass façade provides for a shining enhancement to the interior of the station.
