4. Submission does not guarantee qualification, prequalification, or the issuance of bid invitations.

Documents may be uploaded solely through the designated online form or sent via official email communication. Forte assumes no responsibility for documents submitted through any unauthorized method.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, NY.
