• Scope of Work:

  •  Installation of two Truck Washer Systems.  One installation will be made at the Coney Island Overhaul Facility (CIOH), Track 50, located at 2556 McDonald Avenue in Brooklyn.  The Coney Island location will require:

    • Complete removal of existing truck washer and all unneeded equipment.

    • Purchase and installation of a new closed-loop high-pressure truck washer, complete with a sludge drag-out conveyor, automatic oil coalescer, and disposal hoppers.

    • Purchase and installation of a new closed-loop aqueous filtration system.

    • Testing, commissioning, and training.

  • The second installation will be at the 207th Street Overhaul Facility (207th), Track 9, located at 3961 10th Avenue in New York, NY. The 207th St. location will require

    • Excavation, forming, and pouring a concrete pit for the new truck washer.

    • Purchase and installation of a new closed-loop high-pressure truck washer, complete with a sludge drag-out conveyor, automatic oil coalescer, and disposer hoppers.

    • Purchase and installation of a new closed-loop aqueous filtration system.

    • Testing, commissioning, and training.
