Spearheaded by the Stirling-Forte JV, the MTA Upgrade of HVAC, Fire Alarm, Methane Gas Detection and Building Management System (BMS) at College Point and Spring Creek Bus Depot project will bring significant enhancements and state-of-the-art improvements to the HVAC, fire alarm, methane gas detection, and building management systems in these essential bus depots stations located in the Boroughs of Queens and Brooklyn.

    • Replacement of rooftop HVAC units, new fire alarm, methane gas detection, and Building Management System (BMS) at College Point and Spring Creek Bus Depot

    • Structure steel modification at roof openings and roof patching

    • New mini splits installation throughout the facilities

    • Addition of Air Volume Systems (VAVs)
