NYCT LIVONIA MAINTENANCE SHOP

The Livonia Maintenance Shop project will rehabilitate high-priority structural steel and masonry components. The project also includes incidental scaffolding, earthwork, and finishes.

  • Scope of Work:

    • Removal and replacement of steel columns, including vertical diagonal bracing

    • Removal and replacement of exterior masonry

    • Structural repair of existing steel

    • Replacement of steel lintels

    • Installation of two new oil and water separators

    • Upgrade of plumbing, electrical, communication, instrumentation, and controls work
