Scope of Work
- Installation of new roof generators for eight buildings and associated steel, mechanical and electrical work
- Removal and replacement of existing roof to structural substrate for eight buildings
- Construction of new precast concrete auxiliary building additions to house electrical equipment and gas meter
- Installation of new deployable dry flood proofing elements, including removal and replacement of portions of existing exterior walls
- Gas main and distribution piping
