- Advanced construction of a new street stair at 14th Street on the 6th Avenue Line
- Improvements to the 14th Street ADA Complex
- Relocation of existing station facilities, rooms, and offices
- Reconfiguration of storage area at lower mezzanine
- Upgrade the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm/protection, and communication systems
- Station component repairs including steel, concrete, architectural finished and waterproofing

The MTA Design-Build Services for 14th Street ADA Complex includes stations at 6th Avenue on the BMT Canarsie Line, 14th Street on the IND 6th Avenue Line, and 14th Street on the IRT Broadway-7th Avenue Line, in the borough of Manhattan. This $193 million project involves varying construction objectives from station to station.
