Scope of Work
- The work of Contract VS300 for the Grand Central Madison (“GCM”) terminal includes, but is not limited to, provisions for the escalator skirt lighting power supply, provisions for the utilities for the retail spaces, removal of the existing Dining Concourse and Biltmore Room vestibules, installation and modification of the fire alarm system elements, modifications of doors and access control devices, installation of the CCTV cameras, installation of seismic supports for the ductwork, provision of the water collection and drainage elements, provision of a fire-rated enclosure, and the demolition of the 52nd Street trailer complex.
- Also includes three options:
- Option 1 for the power separation for elevators EL-01 and EL-02;
- Option 2 for the construction of a new vestibule enclosure at the Dining Concourse; and
- Option 3 for the construction of a new vestibule enclosure at the Biltmore Room.
