Scope of Work
- Removal and replacement of steel columns, including vertical diagonal bracing
- Removal and replacement of exterior masonry
- Structural repair of existing steel
- Replacement of steel lintels
- Installation of two new oil and water separators
- Upgrade of plumbing, electrical, communication, instrumentation, and controls work
The Livonia Maintenance Shop project will rehabilitate high-priority structural steel and masonry components. The project also includes incidental scaffolding, earthwork, and finishes.
