The renovation of the 3K Center X494 in the Bronx is complete! Completing this fast-tracked project on time was challenging due to the many COVID-19 restrictions in effect. Thank you to our hard-working team that finished this project on time despite these additional challenges.
The renovation included interior finishes and new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire suppression, fire alarm, radiant heating, and storefront entrance systems. New furnishings, equipment, and signage in all rooms perfected the 3K Center project.
3K centers are essential to the community and ensure that all children have a strong start in school and life.
