SCA K412 - 3K CENTER

The K412 - 3K Center project includes the interior upgrade of the existing building for a new SCA 3K school. This 2,000 sq ft two-story building will educate up to 120 students.

    • Update partitions, egress, air conditioning ductwork, and plumbing

    • Demolish current sprinkler system and install new sprinklers, framing, and piping

    • Interior finishes and upgraded mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting

    • Provided furniture, furnishings, equipment, and signage at all rooms
