TAP ELECTRIC NYC FACILITY

The TAP Electric NYC Facility project included the complete renovation of the building to incorporate office and warehouse space. The facility is located in College Point, Queens, New York and is the central hub for TAP Electrical Contracting Service and TAP Metro Electric LLC. The revamped modern space was designed to cater to the companies' expanding workforce, providing an efficient and productive work environment. In addition to financing, design and construction, Forte’s development arm oversaw the acquisition of the property, ensuring its location offered the best value and most strategic location to support TAP’s operations.
