• Lead and support planning/execution of construction projects by implementing project management frameworks to control budget, scope, schedule and quality.

• Ensure the sustainability and feasibility of designs by integrating best practices from material selection and manufacturing processes.

• Ensure conformance with contract/project documents, Quality standards and complies with legal requirements, building codes and regulations.

• Liaise between Engineering teams, Designers, Contractors and Stakeholders to translate technical concepts into actionable construction plans.

• Analyze complex HVAC, Plumbing and other mechanical system installations using Fluid mechanics, Thermodynamics and Material mechanics

• Use Asite, Primavera, Unifer, Blue Beam

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's of Science Degree in Engineering Management or closely related degree. No experience required.

OR

• Bachelor Degree is Engineering Management + 24 months experience in construction engineering occupations.

SALARY RANGE: $110,000 per year
