Scope of Work
- Conduct surveys and assessments of platforms, track, ventilators, and station systems
- Perform architectural renovations, including platform/mezzanine work, wall finishes, and stair upgrades
- Execute structural repairs and leak mitigation across station levels
- Replace or repair track sections as needed, coordinating with operational requirements
- Maintain safe passenger access and manage materials with specialized equipment
- Coordinate all work with train outages, railroad support, and long-lead construction planning
