Scope of Work
- Install ADA elevators, improve stair access, and extend mezzanines
- Reconstruct platforms and structural elements as needed
- Excavate and build foundations, elevator shafts, and supporting structures
- Relocate and upgrade utilities as required
- Perform selective demolition with safety and environmental controls
- Maintain passenger access and coordinate street-level work with local agencies
- Use off-site prefabrication and staged construction to minimize disruption
