- Installation of three new elevators at the existing mezzanine
- Construction of new entrances at the mid-block entrance (Imperial House Building) and on the southwest corner of 69th Street
- Construct new stairwells and reconfigure existing stairwells
- Create a new entrance at the 68th Street-Hunter College Station on the Lexington Avenue Line
- Utility upgrades and relocation, mezzanine extension, and mechanical and electrical upgrades
