Staff Picked Charity 2025

At Forte/TAP, giving back begins with the stories that shape our team. Each year, we roll out our staff-picked charity tradition, inviting everyone to put forward a charity that has touched their lives in a meaningful way. This practice ensures that this annual donation isn’t just a contribution—it’s an expression of the values, experiences, and connections that define who we are as a company.

This year, the stories shared by our team were especially powerful—so much so that we chose to support two organizations instead of one. Their nominations spoke of friendship, resilience, and deep gratitude.
