Forte Mission Series: 19 Elevators-Hard Hats For Hope

The Mission Series is a philanthropic movement launched by Forte Construction that goes beyond financial contributions to foster meaningful, hands-on engagement among employees. Forte encourages each team to identify a cause that resonates with them and develop an employee-led initiative around it. Once a cause is chosen, teams explore engagement opportunities and provide a variety of impactful ways to get involved. The goal is to drive real change through active participation—not just by writing a check.

This June, the 19 Elevators field office brought that mission to life by uniting in support of the Lymphoma Foundation - standing strong for those impacted by blood cancer. Through their passionate effort, 19 Elevators Team Forte/TAP: Hard Hats for Hope independently raised over $5,000 and proudly participated in the walk this past Saturday. In recognition of their dedication, Forte matched up to $100 per employee and family member who joined the walk and contributed to the cause.  They ranked among the top five teams in total funds raised.

This kind of direct involvement is exactly what the Mission Series is all about—cultivating a culture of compassion, generosity, and teamwork across all field offices.
