The Design-Build Services for 68th Street - Hunter College Station includes the installation of three new elevators at the existing mezzanine, construction of new entrances at the mid-block entrance (Imperial House Building), and on the southwest corner of 69th Street.
The project also includes constructing new stairwells and reconfiguring existing stairwells creating a new entry at the 68th Street-Hunter College Station on the Lexington Avenue Line, and lastly, utility upgrades and relocation, mezzanine extension, and mechanical and electrical upgrades.
