A few of our project managers in training headed to Atlanta, Georgia, to attend the Construction Project Manager Course (PMC) hosted by the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC).
The PMC is widely regarded as the best training program for experienced construction professionals looking to take their project management skills to the next level. Over five intense days, our team members participated in interactive learning sessions, tackled real-world assignments, engaged in roundtable discussions, and participated in valuable team-building activities. In addition to gaining invaluable knowledge, the PMC provided a unique opportunity for our team to bond.
By the end of the week, our project managers emerged with a comprehensive understanding of essential project management concepts and strategies that will elevate their careers and enable them to lead even more successful construction projects moving forward.
