Celebrating a Major Achievement at Babylon Station!

Today, we joined the MTA and the Long Island Rail Road to mark the reopening of Babylon Station's fully reconstructed 12-car platforms—a significant achievement in the ongoing modernization and accessibility improvements at one of the Long Island Rail Road's busiest stations.

While work continues throughout the station, today's ribbon-cutting recognized the completion of a significant portion of the platform reconstruction effort, bringing lasting improvements to riders and supporting the future of rail service on Long Island.

Forte Construction is proud to be delivering this work in collaboration with the MTA, the Long Island Rail Road, and Lead Designer AECOM as part of the LIRR ADA Package 2 project.
